外来投资企业除享受重庆市各项投资政策如《重庆市鼓励外商投资若干政策规定》（渝府发〔2001〕14号）、《重庆市鼓励外商投资新增优惠政策》（渝府发〔2000〕61号）、《关于加快建设特色工业园区的意见》（渝委发〔2002〕28号）、《重庆市实施西部大开发若干政策措施》（渝委发〔2001〕26号）等外，还可享受九龙坡区委、区政府制定的系列投资政策，如《关于促进区域经济发展的若干政策意见》（九龙坡委发〔2004〕20号）、《关于进一步加快民营经济发展的意见》（九龙坡委发〔2004〕33号）、《关于进一步规范房地产业发展的意见》（九龙坡委发〔2005〕6号）、《关于进一步规范国有土地使用权出让的实施意见》（九龙坡府发〔2004〕24号）和《重庆白市驿都市花卉苗木产业基地建设和发展扶持政策（试行）》（九龙坡府发〔2003〕66号）等。

　　凡在九龙坡区新办的各类企业，包括高新技术企业、成长型工业企业、出口加工型企业、现代物流企业、农业产业化龙头企业、大型商贸企业、餐饮娱乐企业、房地产开发企业、中介服务企业和信息服务企业等，区政府将视企业的产业类别、投资规模和对区财政的贡献额度等情况，在土地价格、税收返还等方面给予支持。

 

Large amount of policies of Chongqing Government for the foreign investors have been approved such as: Regulations of Chongqing Government on Encouraging Foreign Investment (No.〔2001〕14 Chongqing Government), New Policies of Chongqing Government on Encouraging Foreign Investment. （No.〔2000〕61 Chongqing Government）Suggestions on Speeding up the Construction of Specific Industrial Park （No.〔2002〕28 Chongqing CPC Committee）and Policies and Measures on the West Development in Chongqing（No.〔2001〕26 Chongqing CPC Committee）. Besides, the policies from Jiulongpo District Government and the CPC Committee follow as: Suggestions on Enhancing the Regional Economic Development （No.〔2004〕20 Jiulongpo District CPC Committee）, Suggestions on Further speeding-up of the Economic Development of Private Enterprises （No.〔2004〕33 Jiulongpo District CPC Committee）, Suggestions on Further Speeding-up of the Business Development of Real Estate（No.〔2005〕6 Jiulongpo District CPC Committee）, Suggestions on Further Standardization of Sales of the right of land use （No.〔2004〕24 Jiulongpo District Government）, Policies on the Construction and Development Support of Chongqing Baishiyi Urban Flowers and Seeding Industrial Park (Trial) （No.〔2003〕66 Jiulongpo District Government）.
