供水 九龙坡区东部地区有日供水能力30万吨的重庆市水务集团和尚山水厂，西部已建有含谷、黄谦、铜罐驿等水厂，水源主要来自长江和水库。正在建设的铜罐驿长江提水工程，年调水量9335万立方米，总装机量1.85万千瓦，供水人口103万人。
供电 九龙坡辖区内有变电站15座，其中220千伏变电站4座，110千伏变电站11座，“十一五”期间将建设220千伏变电站3座，110千伏变电站8座，电力充裕。
通讯 中国移动、中国联通、中国电信、中国网通、中国铁通等国内主要通讯企业对九龙坡区进行了网络全覆盖，可满足各种通讯需要。
供气 九龙坡区由重庆燃气渝西分公司、川东燃气开发公司、四川石油输气管理处、川南气矿管理处等单位供气，日供气量达200万立方米。
排污 九龙坡辖区内有较完备的城市排污系统和污水处理系统。正在整治的桃花溪流域、梁滩河流域以及黄沙溪渣场等工程，将改善投资和生活环境，满足生产和生活需要。
Water supply Jiulongpo District has Chongqing Water Supply Group and Shangshan Water Plant with a daily capacity of 300,000 tons in the east. The Western Town has set up water factories in Hangu, Huangqian and Tongguanyi with water sourcing primarily from the Yangtze River and reservoirs. The water-lift project of Yangtze River in Tongguanyi, which is in progress, has the annual transferable water amount about 93.35 million cubic meters, the total loading capacity of 18,500 kilowatts, and the water supply population of 1.03 million.
Power supply Jiulongpo District has 15 substations of which three are 4 substations with 220 kvs. and 11 substations with 110 kvs.. During the period of “11th Five-year Plan”, 3 substations with 220 kvs. and 8 substations with 110 kvs. will be built, which can provide abundant electrical power.
Communication The network in Jiulongpo District is thoroughly covered by some main communication enterprises of China, such as China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, China Netcom and China Railcom, which is sufficient to meet kinds of demands.
Gas supply Gas pipeline spreads all over the zone with Yuxi Branch, Chongqing Gas Co., Ltd., East Sichuan Gas Development Company, Sichuan Petrol and Gas Agent and South Sichuan Gas and Mine Agent, which supply gas 2 million cubic meters a day.
Pollution discharge Jiulongpo District possesses good pollution discharge systems and water treatment systems. The Tiaohuaxi Stream, Liangtanhe River and the Huangshaxi Rubbish Dump will improve the investment and the living environment, and satisfy the needs of living and production.
